Elecrab
Special Features
The Elecrab is a sturdy, round-bodied crab with glowing blue claws that crackle with static electricity. Its shell sparkles faintly like a stormy night sky.
Habitat
Elecrabs inhabit tidepools and rocky coastal areas, particularly where lightning frequently strikes the shore. They hide in crevices during the day and come out when storms roll in.
What It Eats
Elecrabs dine on seaweed, the occasional electric eel (very carefully), and lost glowsticks that drift in from beach parties.
How It Moves
Elecrabs scuttle quickly and sideways, leaving behind a fine static trail that can make your hair stand on end if you walk too close.
Fun Facts
Children in coastal towns sometimes race Elecrabs using tiny shell chariots.
The winning crab glows bright blue for the rest of the night, lighting up the boardwalk.
