The Inkibird has a sleek, floating body that resembles a squid, complete with soft blue feathers and elegant wings shaped like sails. Its tentacle-like tail feathers flutter behind it like ribbons in the wind.
Habitat
These mystical creatures live high in the sky, nesting inside thunderclouds and drifting among lightning bolts and swirling winds.
What It Eats
Inkibirds feed on sky plankton (microscopic airborne particles) and condensed rainbow droplets, which they collect during storms.
How It Moves
They glide effortlessly through the upper atmosphere, using their wide wings to catch currents. As they move, they release swirling trails of ink that briefly form constellations in the sky before fading.
Fun Facts
The ink left behind by Inkibirds smells faintly of blueberries.
