Snorewhal
Special Features
The Snorewhal is an enormous whale with sleepy, drooping eyes that seem permanently half-closed and upside-down fins, making it look like it’s always lounging.
Habitat
These gentle giants float belly-up in the deepest ocean trenches, where the water is calm and quiet. They float belly-up as they nap.
What It Eats
Snorewhals consume plankton, drifting kelp, and the soothing melodies of underwater lullabies sung by mermaids and echoing dolphins, which they absorb as vibrations.
How It Moves
They drift slowly on deep ocean currents, barely paddling. Their snores are so loud and low that they create small ripples on the ocean surface.
Fun Facts
Legend says that one snorewhal snored so powerfully, it accidentally created a small island out of bubbles and coral. That island is now a peaceful sanctuary for sleepy sea creatures.
